Do you ever plant a shrub or perennial that over time...you regret planting? Either cause it has out grown it's space or has become invasive or you are just fed up with looking at it?

I know I have..

From the Fir tree that's too tall now to the coneflowers which spread everywhere(I have it under control now) to the Goutweed in the flower bed..

Honeysuckle. It takes over and is very hard to eradicate. Wildflower seed mixes have so many weedy seeds that self sow forever here. I now buy individual types by the pound.

Is it honeysuckle vines or bushes that are invasive Tina?

Vines. They are OK if you plan where you want them, know how they grow and spread. But if you put them in a garden bed unknowing, watch out. They are huge, hungry and heavy when they begin to grow up trees and such. And very difficult yo get rid of in amongst wanted plantings.
